Taxes are to high on the wealthy in France. If someone works hard and earns over the 1.3 million, they will have to pay 75% of the yearly income above the 1.3 million? Am I getting this right?

I might be wrong but a 13% Russian flat tax is much lower than a $30-40% US Tax or a $75% French tax. Hmmmmmm...

Maybe we can ship all the tea party whiners to Russia? Then, they can finally understand how a real republic operates. I'm guessing that most would be home in under six months due to the lack of services. Sorta like those vein-poppin' ones holding signs that said "keep your hands off my Medicare." LOL!
