Arrest made in Sacramento bar shooting that killed 2 and wounded 3, including guard, suspect

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A suspect is under arrest in connection with a New Year's Eve shooting at a bar in the Old Sacramento area that killed two people, police said Tuesday.

Another Alcohol related death. we need a constitutional amendment to ban alcohol in the United States, bring on prohibition and no one will have alcohol or suffer from it. Liberal logic rules.
