It's great to see such a gratefull young man such as Jerome Felton get recogonized by his peers for his unselfish play. Jerome will be a great Viking and fan favorite for years hopefully.

@hockpop09 - and don't discount those clutch receptions by Felton that have kept drives going or thrown the opposing defense off balance, ie... there is Felton, 10 yards out and wide open by the sideline for a first down!

It's time to forget about last Sunday's game against the Packers. Yes, this team has over achieved, but don't rest on that. The Packers, like the Vikings have defensive problems..the Vikings can win in Green Bay this Saturday...that should be the focus. The team that steps up defensively will win this one. What the heck, it might as well be the Vikes!

It is so sweet to beat Green Bay. We should have beat them last year had gutless refs called interference near the end of the game last year. This year the reffs did everything they could and I mean everything they could to help Green Bay crawl back into the game. Rodgers gets so much help from the refs any little touch on his receivers and bam interference. It was so sweet watching Green Bay lose. They think they will have a easy game next week but even with us having no recievers we still have AD and he will punish them again. The Vikings need to and have to get 2 great wide recievers in free agency and the draft next year. If they do, say bye bye to Green Bay next year. Green Bays defense is pathetic. And if Jennings leaves them next year and someone steals one of Rodgers receivers away, Rodgers will have a hard time next year. his receivers are what makes him good. If he had our receivers he probably would have got injured because none of ours can go deep and ours are mainly big and slow.

Hey how many times will Rodgers call this play next game. green 3 318 hut hut da hut hut. I am so sick of listening to that stupid play. It is like he doesn't no any other words to say. It's sickening. 8 or 9 times out of 10 it is a run when he calls it. But he will pass once in awhile when he calls that play. He will never set any all time records because he had to sit on the bench for 4 or 5 years. He will never be able to make up for the time he spent on the bench learning from his teacher Farve. To reach the long term yardage and overall touch down pass records a player needs to start as a rookie. He had to sit on the bench and learn. And when he loses his receivers he will decline fast.

I have to give Frasier credit. This team has never quit on him. Last year they could have dialed it in at the end of the season, but they played hard until the end. I think that has a lot to do with this years success.

Since the Vikings were never even behind in points last weekend, I hardly agree that their "resiliency" was a factor. It was really more of a test of the Packer's resiliency. If the Vikings fall behind a couple of scores this weekend, that will be a test of their resiliency.

Well...that was a satisfying win. I was in a sports bar for the game wearing my 32 jersey...and after that big 3rd down 21 yarder to TG, a guy in a Packers jersey comes over and says "why don't you guys use him more ?"....I said I don't know man...we should...it would make for some interesting play action with both him and AP in the backfield. AP would be the perfect decoy with the defense keying on him...and then you have Ponder do something simple like a short dump to TG and gain 7 yds. Is that crazy talk ? That's within Ponder's limited skill set.

The Vikings players are resilient because they are beginning to take on the persona of their coach. Coach Frazier has stuck to his guns and kept trying to play the type of football best suited for this team. After being blasted by national and local media, fans and posters on these sites he was unflapable. Many felt he was over his head and had no idea what he was doing but it was them folk that had no idea what he was doing he was in control all along. With this season he has built a great foundation to build on with one of the younger teams in the league and a playoff birth just happen to come along on the way. After all the instability in the coaching ranks as of yesterday, I am glad the Wilf's gave Frazier at least another year to prove himself now give him an extension before he gets away. Vikes organization looks very stable in comparison to many other teams as of yesterday. What a difference one successful season makes.
