Garden variety case? Aint got nothing growing like that in my garden. Before it is over with, all of this biological permutations are going to make litigation on a par with managing a carnival sideshow.

So, who gets the children. Sounds like she had no part in the conception or carrying of them for 9 months.

Basia - if marriage were valid between 2 consenting adults no matter what their gender, there would be no question that this would go through a normal divorce proceeding, like 50% of the heterosexual marriages do.

Barbjens - so normally no male parent of an adopted child or a stepchild should be allowed custody after a divorce, even if he is the only father the child has ever known? After all, he didn't provide any biological material or carry the child for 9 months . . .

Proof positive that the regressive idea of a marriage ban for same sex couples just won't work! Time to repeal the law and send the repugnicants packing.

Seems like an easy decision. If you give birth to children, you are not a man. Therefore it's a same sex marriage, which is not recognized by the state at this time. Case closed.
