Wow, the Gophers played 2 perfect gams this weekend. If they repeat this type of play, they will make a serious run at a naional championship. Good job guys and good job to Coach Lucia for prepping these guys to play.

Why is this a headline? Because people have fun watching college athletics. No interest in hockey...no need to post negativity. Go Gophers!

That was quite the game, did not see that coming. Glad to see they came together. Funny, no comment from siouxchamp or dirty dogs, now why would that be?

BC is used to playing on those Pee Wee rinks. I hate them at ALL levels. Take out a few seats NHL and you might drawn people back to the game---if you ever play again.

pretty arrogant of york to play his 3rd and 4th lines against the gophers 1st. great win but i dont expect them to go undefeated the rest of the way. good to know when the playoffs start the gophers know how well they can play.

This could end up to be a very good year for the Gophs. They have not played good CONSISTENLY, yet they are 13-3-3 and within striking distance of the WCHA lead. If they can put together a string of good games and get some consistency, then they could really make some noise in the post-season. This game against BC was a good start, now keep it rollin'!!

Yikes! BC looked like an upstart school yard kid with an attitude in the 1st 10-12 minutes! They came out and took their best swings and couldn't land a punch. The Gophs played the role of the smarter school yard kid ... calmly wiaiting out the initial fury and then while totally embarrassing BC asking them if they wanted more. If Gophs aren't #1 after that I don't know who is. Go Gophers!
