Impaired driving is a political agenda being implemented under the ruse of public safety. Traffic citations employee large numbers of law enforcement officers at all levels, enhance resumes for these officers, and generate massive amounts of revenue for their jurisdictions. Mean while who is protecting our neighborhoods and communities from, thieves, murders, vandals and other criminals?

Don't know about gopher971, but I am all for smart messages like plan ahead, as well as, increased DWI patrols on NYE.
