What have we done? Same as always. There is always talk of campaign reform right after ever election when it is fresh on everyone's minds, and then it disappears. Now we deal with gun control, and fiscal cliff issues. And we all know that congress has little ability to deal with one major issue, let alone three or four. So in two more years, we will waste billions more in this country. Only in America......
No wonder all politians retire rich. I wonder how many of these dollars they get to keep when they retire. Oh that is right, all of them.
Makes you wonder how many votes are paid for by money like this? We need full reform of all types in Washington including campaign finance, salary and benefits, term limits, the method that bills are presented so that unrelated crap is removed from the bill, political junkets (I think this term is wrong it should be vote buying and selling), the campaign season itself should be shortened and people running for an office that they do not currently hold should leave their current office first.
