Go after the NRA on this one. They are the ones pushing for no assault type, high capacity magazine weapons.

What a sleazy thing to do. The state is not responsible. The dead psycho shooter is. Typical lower than a snake's belly lawyer!

"foreseeable harm."? In what way could the state of Connecticut have foreseen that this would happen at this school to these children? It's bad that it happened, but I doubt that anyone could prevent it from happening everywhere. Lawsuits like this are a waste of money and effort, and won't help to prevent another person from doing the same type of damage somewhere else.
