Sober rides should be available year around. The source of funding should be from the advertising the MN department of public safety and the Federal Highway administration is currently spending on our local radio and television promoting a political agenda disguised as public safety. With driving fatalities at a all time low, We should be reducing the ranks of municipal, county , and state law enforcement and protect the public from their revenue generating activities.
