Peterson needs 208 yards to surpass Eric Dickerson's NFL single- season record of 2,105 rushing yards, set in 1984. He had 210 yards against the Packers in a 23-14 loss Dec. 2.

The packers were not a full strength defensively (Clay Matthews did not play just to name one player) during their week #13 tilt against the purple and they still managed to cruise to an easy 23-14 victory. The only way Peterson breaks the single season rushing record this coming Sunday is if he get 60 carries because he is notorious for only averaging 3.3 yards per carry against teams with winning records (see Texan's game last week).

It's a shame that most Viking fans won't see Peterson break the record. He'll probably break it, during "garbage time" in the 4th QTR, after most Viking fans have left the dome, or turned off their TVs. As a sign of support, the 1000's of Packer fans in the dome can chant "Kuuuuuuhn" whenever Peterson gains a few yards.

Greenway was flat out SNUBBED!!! Kalil played at a pro bowl level and should be there too. Kalil had an outstanding rookie season. He is the real deal and we are very lucky to have him!!!

Peterson needs 208 yards. The pressure is on. The last time he played in a pressure game of any significance or importance, he fumbled twice against the Saints. So on Sunday, what are the better odds: he gets 208 yards, or coughs up 2 fumbles?

Wow, I smell cheese in here. AP will break the record and show everyone he's the greatest RB in the NFL.
