Mumbling to self, disheveled, possibly homeless, possible mental illness all = unpredictable = dangerous. Sad for both the public and everyone avoided as 'different'.
Sad, yes. We need an actual mental health system. Severely mentally ill people are dangerous, because they cannot be trusted to take their meds, and are unpredictable.
"Sad, yes. We need an actual mental health system" Seriously? What are you going to do? Are you going to commit people and force them to take meds? That is not the liberal way. We must mainstream these folks. It started in the schools and continues throughout adulthood.
