US new home sales rise 4.4 pct. last month, to fastest rate in 2 1/2 years, as housing rebounds

WASHINGTON - Americans bought new homes last month at the fastest pace in more than two and a half years, further evidence of a sustained housing recovery.

Someone should start to cut and paste the sometimes daily articles from the AP that contradict themselves in an attempt to deflect any attention from Obama's results. Unemployment way down, could be a sign of a recovery. Unemployment up due to wind. Home values drop. Home values rise! Deficit bad. Deficit good. If you can't see what's happening for yourselves, you are clueless. It's really quite comical.
