Local designers turned a 5-year-old boy's dress drawings into runway-worthy gowns as part of an urban art project.

Picasso once said, "“It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child.” In Louis' case, it took his first 5 years to learn how to design dresses like a child. More fashion designers should follow his lead!
