Call me skeptical but on the outside chance that the assertion that the GOP is beginning to bend- welcome to being serious about governing.

Well, some of the GOP is willing to bend. The problem is the tea party members. It's time for the reasonable, serious members of the GOP to get together with Democrats and try to move forward and actually accomplish something for a change.
