Then in the wake of news of the shooting of an innocent bystander in Texas, the NRA announced the need to arm all innocent bystanders or in the alternative, provide them with armed security guards. The NRA had no comment about the armed police officer who was also shot and killed.

That's your constitutional right today, so no improvement necessarry. No banning gasoline. no licensing of sons.
