Best defensive game the Viking have had since the 70's

Great team effort. AJ had a tough game as the Texan defense was keying on his every move. Hats off to Christian Ponder for stepping up and earning his pay check.

Great game overall. Let's give props to someone who did set a record: Blair Walsh.

I LOVE this quote from the Houston Chronicle: The defense did a good job against Adrian Peterson but let quarterback Christian Ponder look like Fran Tarkenton. Ponder should have gotten married sooner.

Great win for the second youngest team in the NFL. Even if the Vikings don't make playoffs they are a team on the rise. A couple more big receivers and look out.

Prediction: Harvin is traded for draft picks; and Jarius Wright takes his spot in the slot.

Perhaps Gerhart, Ponder, and Coach Frazier won't get as savaged in the comments this week as they usually are. Perhaps not...

We just need one more elite receiver to team with Percy Harvin and we'll be looking good! 2 more would be a dream come true.

Great game by the Vikings defense! Holding A. Foster to 15 yards is huge. This team looks more like a playoff contender every week. I guess Lesley Frazier and his staff can coach a little bit. No one gave them a chance to be 9-6 at this point in the season. I think that Frazier and his staff have done a fantastic job with this young team. We must give the GM some props too, the draft choices from this year are really changing this team on offense, defense and special teams. I read a lot of second guessing on this site about the draft, taking a kicker in the 6th round, etc. The results are looking pretty good at this point. Keep it up Vikes!
