Approximately 49,400 Americans are killed from secondhand cigarette smoke each year. Approximately 43,000 Americans will die in alcohol related accidents. Approximately 10,000 Americans will die in a homicide by a gun. Approximately 900,000 aborted fetuses last year, most of them would have grown into children much like the 26 that were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary. Let's see, what should we ban??? I wonder???

What kind of ridiculous reporting is this..the NRA is for protecting the 2nd amendment...and they are NOT naive to the issues today...but they have a VALID point when they say the press is unfair and does a poor job of reporting the facts and all the truths....when background checks were switched to minutes not weeks it was a good thing they supported it...they didn't back down its what their supporters wanted..stop trying to make the NRA look like a second class organization. I am going to join them now..because it has never been more obvious than now in the wake of things that the press does NOT do a fair job and they are NOT reporting things unbiased. Great Job Dan..be fair and just in your reporting not have some agenda!!

The same propaganda press that won't ever mention the estimated 1/2 million children just under the age of 5 alone, that the US since 1990 either killed with bombs or starved out with sanctions in Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan...on and on and on...

The polls have shown that even gun owners want some controls put in place. They are no longer lock step with the NRA. Watching the polls I think you will see the support and power of the NRA diminishing.

Nick in the Armor??? NRA is processing 8000 new applications for membership per day, gun sales are skyrocketing, ammunution sales have been at a peak for 5 years, more conceal carry states than ever before, wins in federal court cases for conceal carry, applications to carry at an all time high. That's a "nick" to have.
