As Adrian Peterson chases the NFL rushing record, his blockers deserve some credit, too.

This Vikings offensive line and Vikings team knows that the only way they win is to go out and punch the other team in the mouth. Nothing fancy about the way this team plays. If the Vikes get into these coming playoffs they have a great chance of winning the Super Bowl. They are very underrated.

Sid, the vikings pipe dream about making the playoffs officially ends today after they get blown out by the Texans today. Too bad the vikings offensive line fails to show up against teams with winning records on the road. Today will be a perfect example of how far this club is from actually being able to beat quality teams at home and or on the road. The playoffs will not be a reality for at least another five years and maybe even longer as long as Frazier, Spielman and Ponder are around and everyone knows it.

one thing no remembered, you also have to have a line that can pass protect?which they cant!this team has a lot of holes going into next year.d-line,no wide recievers,no q.b.!!!just think if the thingd i just said were no problem, this could be the best team in the nfl with peterson!!what ever any one says some body or certain people are to blame for this.so what if they win five more games than last year?from the owner on down they dont have people that know how to make the right decisions!!!a rea g.m.&a real nfl coach would help, this team has slipped so far to the bottom its pathetic!!!!wilf needs to talk to some real smart nfl people get a rea g.m.hire a coach like seattle and the 49s did!!!go after les miles of lsu.who is hard nose knows talent knows how to build a winner.if things stay the way they are going into next year NOTHINGwill ever change!!they need to hit the free agent market hard, they need big time recievers, they need a d-line to stop the run and another real pass rusher.wilfs are the ones that have to wake up,and that means starting NOW!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with Sid, this offensive line really has stepped up. I almost fainted last year when the Vikings let Hutchinson go - thought that it was the end of the world. I am glad that the line has held up, now if we could only get Ponder going and score touchdowns instead of field goals, we would be okay.

An awful lot of times there is no hole and peterson has to bounce out and go it on his own.
