This claim seems to have been caused by the exact opposite of sexual harassment, especially since the dentist never tried to come on to the woman. Glad it was decided the way it was.

Clearly Knight was making suggestive remarks to Nelson because he was attracted to her. Knight fired Nelson because he could not control himself, not because she couldn't control herself. This firing may not have been illegal to the all-male Iowa Supreme Court, but it's blatantly unfair.
LOL - Actors, models and other job applicants proudly displaying resumes with "being irresistable" listed as cause for their terminations.

He has the right to hire or fire as he so chooses. We have a right not to patronize his business.
Think big! Large companies are salivating at this ruling. With this ruling it makes it OK for me to fire you because "I" find you "irresistible" or not. Summary, I can fire you because I don't like how you look.
Anyone can be fired for this, it is the ultimate company tool for firing employees.

One month of severance for 10 years' of work? The guy is guilty of being cheap. Give her 10 months comp and, considering the demand for dental hygienists, she takes it and moves on - unless she just wants the 15 minutes of infamy.
