How can states regulate the 2nd Admendment? It says we have the right to bear arms and the States can't change it in any way. Just like the Minnesota State Laws they can't be made more restrictive or less restrictive by the locals, they have to comply with the State Law. Also check with Chicago and there illegial gun law and tell me how that is working, last time I looked there were 436 killings
"How can states regulate the 2nd Admendment?"They really can't, but look at the criminal gangs who are doing it. To them, the law is what they say it is, they feel anbove the law. It didn't used to be like this, but that is what the two party system as morphed into, one lawless party claiming to be representing the people, but putting their interests ahead of everything. This will not end well.
I still dont understand why people think anything good would come from taking away everyones right to bare arms. Will this really stop people from shooting other people? No it wont. And its not the guns fault here. If you hit your hand with a hammer did the hammer cause that issue? Did a car make someone drive drunk? People need to take responsability for their own actions. If you choose to have children raise them properly if they have mental issues dont take them to the gun range its not that hard to take responsability is it? And for all the people out their spewing your slander about gun owners and saying to take away our rights how would you feel if you no longer had the right te freedom of speech?
