Quick, everyone go get your shot! The government is here with a shot to save you...... How many healthy people have died in MN from the flu in last decade?

Duckhunter 97 - Look at it this way. You get the shot for the common good. With less folks coming down with the flu, the less transmission there is. You are getting the shot to protect the less healthy people as much as to protect yourself.

My 7 year old son and I received our flu shots in October. Here it is December, and we both tested positive for Influenza Type A. Tamiflu has done wonders for my son's recovery. Me, on the other hand, not so much...but I have only had one dose so far. If you notice the flu symptoms, don't be a fool....get yourself in and diagnosed so that you can get Tamiflu...the flu is no joke.
