$81 thousand paid back and $302 thousand still owed. Seems as if this guy took $383K not $384 as the headline suggests. A LOT of money either way, but let's at least get the math right.

For the15 years that I. Was the property manager of 66 units of section 8 housing in Mpls. 2 signatures were required on EVERY SINGLE CHECK! That is usual and customary. All non-profits should adopt that simple policy IMMEDIATELY.
