Corizon and the state Corrections Department are named in the suit arising from an inmate's death after multiple seizures in 2010.

It appears that Minnesota Corrections has found a way to implement the death penalty even though it's illegal. Who's going to pay for this one? The taxpayers of Minnesota OF COURSE

Hope the family wins big time. The level of care has been sub standard for years.

Most of these guys have better health care and a better life span in prison than if they were making their own decisions on the street. But the government has deep pockets.
