I hate to see the ownership of Caribou move out of the Minnesota but it sounds like the German firm has no interest in moving the headquarters or anything. I doubt we'll see any major changes in the future.

They have good coffee, but a couple of their breakfast sandwiches have .05 percent trans fat. I had to go on line to find it. They do though, give decent health insurance to their employees. My personal preference is to give my business to locally owned coffee houses. There are already too many chains in my St. Paul neighborhood.
