Boehner is inept as the speaker and completely incapable of making any deals since he can't keep the Tea Party on a leash. Worst congress ever. Only a Republican would consider that an accomplishment.

Boehner is a great guy and wiley negotiator. The tea party isn't the group that you have to be worried about iky - its the Senate democrats. The Senate democrats are doing nothing and offering no guidance, they just sit back and say no to all offers and that INCLUDES the Presidents latest proposal. The budget is really an issue of ethics. You do not spend the money of the young who currently have no say, and you do not leave a legacy of unsustainable debt to our youth, agreed? Its frustrating to see a President that is so loose with the truth. He promises a 'balanced' approach, but his whole agenda is tax increases on the rich with no real or substantial tax cuts (look closely, his 'savings' consist of projections based on being out of Iraq, etc, they are not actual cuts to the bottom line). Boehner will hold the Pres to a balanced approach and thank goodness for that. Without real cuts to Federal spending, any tax increase would be quickly eaten up by spending and we'd be back in this same position in a couple years. Just look at Ireland and Britain to see what tax increases only does. The Pres needs to stop flying around the country as if he is still in campaign mode and sit down with Reid and Boehner. Time for this leader to lead.

Say whatever you'd like, but it was the Obama administration who added six trillion dollars to our deficit. Now they propose printing more money. You people simply do not understand economics.

You people simply do not understand economics. =========================================== Sure we do. We know how much it costs to clean up a Republican Economic Disaster! Hint - that might explain the last election results at the State and Federal level.

Did you financial wizard know we had our first ever credit downgrade under Obama? Our FIRST EVER!!!!!!!!!! Just keep on believing in your guy, just discard his results. This round will be better, right? You may want to begin putting together a list of reasons why you voted for this clown, but I suspect in a year or two, you'll just deny you voted to re-elect this disaster.

Did you financial wizard know we had our first ever credit downgrade under Obama? Our FIRST EVER!!!!!!!!!! ================================================ Dear Clueless, the S & P blamed the credit downgrade on the GOP's inability to compromise on the cliff! Please educate yourself before posting such complete nonsense! BTW - Did you catch the election results? America is not that stupid!
