This guy is trying to see how far he can push you. If you don't get mad when he flirts, will you get mad when he kisses someone else? Or sleeps with someone else? He's pushing the boundaries with you like a child does with a parent. You either need to tell him he's crossing a line with you that you won't accept, or you need to be prepared to be patient until (and be prepared for IF) he grows up and acts like an adult who wants an adult relationship.
"For example, my significant other told me a story about this girl who was flirting with him. He thought the story was hilarious but, honestly, it did hurt my feelings that he was out late at night flirting with women."...She was flirtinig with him, so you think he MUST flirt back? My fiance has girls flirt with him all the time, he will drag them over to me put his arm around me and introduce me. Also, I hear when I am no with he also tells the girls that he is taken. He laughs about it too, I dont have hurt feelings. I am proud to have such an attractive fiance. If he was flirting, he wouldnt be telling you about it.
