It should bring down high tariffs on imports from Bangladesh and other Asian countries. The tariffs put pressure on contractors to scrimp on labor standards in order to stay competitive - - - SHEESH, do you really think if we lowered tariffs or even subsidized imports, some factory owner would stop scrimping on safety?????????
