Why do county attornies, who have no medical training, want to decide the care hospice patients get? Why do county attornies want hospice patients to suffer? Call your county attorney and ask them. They were elected and can be unelected.

Those that want to smoke will smoke. Those that don't, won't. The idea that legalizing marijuana changes this dynamic is ridiculous. A better question is why does the US govt hold patent for medicinal cannabis? Put it to a referendum, let the citizens decide.
