Ellenson sees first minutes for U

Gophers freshman 6-4 wing Wally Ellenson saw his first playing time Tuesday night against North Dakota State after recovering from a broken bone in his left (shooting) hand. Many thought he would be redshirted this season.

Did Tubby consult with coach Kill? What a waste....he won't play much in conference play. Shoud have stayed redshirt.

Amelia, you need to write that Welsh and Otto can't shoot because the coaches changed their shooting mechanics which made them lesser players. That is why they need Ellenson to be available and hopefully will activate Buggs. The top Big Ten teams and NCAA opponents are ok with the Gophers not playing their best players.
