We are so blessed to have this wonderful place in our neighborhood and the people that own it and work there are as wonderful as the food. No longer the "best kept secret" but that would be impossible with something this spectacular!

This is a refreshing story. In this go-go world where we want things immediately; this story gives me pause to appreciate great things take time to craft.

this a wonderful place with a friendly staff. It's one of the places that makes Minneapolis the great city that it has become, and I'm from Chicago. Now if only they could do something about our weather.

Their Hazel Nut Mocha is the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting! Such a treat.

Sounds like this guy is successful. Better raise his taxes because it isn't fair. Right?

Terrific food. Their quiches are fantastic and my daughter says their hot chocolate is the best. I also like the fact that they employ so many high schoolers. My brother, who lives in Ohio, just sent my daughter a gift certificate to the place for Christmas. What a wonderful gift idea - she'll be thrilled!

I've met John a few times, and he is a very kind and dedicated person. I think their work is every bit as good as Tartine in San Francisco, with probably the best croissants from coast to coast! Yet another South Minneapolis GEM. No hype - just dedication to quality. And the gibassier is sublime.
