LW1: I was going to be sympathetic until I realised you were referring 5:45am, not 1 or 2am! Yes, I'm sure it's hugely irritating to hear that squeaking over and over and over until you want to scream but she is entitled to get up and walk around in her own home at a time when she's probably getting ready for work. Perhaps the problem is not her walking around but the construction of the building? Is there any way you can talk to the landlord about some repairs or additional insulation?
