A victory over the Bears means.......Our QB couldn't even play in the CFL or Arena League..

Jim, If Mike Tice wasn't ready to coach in the NFL/and he said he wasn't. Neither is Frazier. Only point I disagree on. And no, you don't go very far without a QB. Should draft one and receivers. Shore up their dline while they are at it.

Suppose that means Musgrave has to stay as well. Will never go anywhere with Musgrave as OC.

Happy to see the Viking win, of course, but they did play some BAD pass-defense in this one (including some by Smith).

7-6. How is that possible with the worst starting QB in the league? We have the best running back in the league.

This win means we're right back in this thing. The sixth seed is wide open.

Jimmy Johnson on Fox Pregame admitted Ponder was the worst starting QB in the NFL! That is saying something when Skelton and Quinn are out there!

I love how these commenters always find a way to be negative about this team even after beating the now 8-5 Bears. I was at the game, thought they played rock solid. If anyone said theyd have a winning record in December people wouldve laughed. I know they have their issues at certain spots (QB, WR) just like any other team has issues on their rosters, what more is there to say? Skol

The defense is better than last year. To me it looks like Peterson holds up the offense but it's more than that for the offense and as a whole for the team because although the coaching is not innovative for the offense when the players show this much focus, drive, and resolve, you have to credit the coaching in large part for that.

Yes, this was a team victory but the weakest link is pathetic Ponder. Give credit to Peterson, offensive line, defense & special teams. We need an update at QB (and stronger receivers) for next year to go very far in the playoffs.
