Jerry: Pek's ankle same one that he rolled in Dallas? I'm somewhat relieved to hear Pek's problems are due to a sore ankle. However w/Steimsma falling off the planet since the first 2wks of the season, Pek going out for any length of time would be a serious problem. Hopefully this stretch of off days will serve him well. If Pek hurts that ankle again he'll be out weeks, relegating Lou to backup C and likely Cunningham as well given Steimsma attraction to fouls. Meaning if Love gets into foul trouble Williams will see minutes. I'm not to concerned w/the decrease in guard mpg once Rubio comes back. First of all he'll be on very limited mpg for the first few weeks, and my guess is not fully let loose until mid-late January. While Ridnour's back seems to be less of an issue w/his recent play I'm still fearful that it will bring issues before Rubio is completely back. Lee will get solid mpg as long as Shved remains inconsistent. Williams needs to be putting up a minimum of 250 shots/day, an hour of ball handling and serious film time w/the coaching staff while he is riding the pine. I think if the staff can point out on film what he's doing wrong and where he should go/be on the court it will do him wonders.
