The Wolves did what good teams do. They put away a lesser opponent, and there was never really any doubt. They have star power across the board in the starting unit, and very capable reserves, and Cleveland was just no match. Can't wait to see them jell when Ricky returns.

Our #2 pick overall is giving us nothing. Why dont we trade him? Other than the fact that Adelman hates him and he'll never get the minutes to show if he can actually play or not.We will have to sell low on him...Another crappy draft pick. Not as bad as Flynn was , but terrible for what position he was and what we've gotten.

Hey wherbers: It always amazes me how a team can be looking good and finally starting to gel and someone like you gets on the board for no other reason than to piss and moan about something. Are you even a fan of the team? Or do you watch the games looking for something to complain about? Please name one team in the league that has every move they make turn into gold. Just one. Can't find one? Ok, how about giving me a team that I can't find something to criticize? Can't find one? The "piss and moan" game is the easiest one to play and the most worthless one.

@readmylips, OKC has had a pretty good run. Durant, Westbrook, Harden, Ibaka, traded Green for Perkins. I'd say every one of those moves were gold. Williams has shown that he can't play. He thinks he's better than he is, big problem. Reminds me of Rashad McCants in his attitude. Problem is, the league probably knows too otherwise he'd have been gone long ago. What we need is a desperate GM, Mitch Kupchak anyone??? Lakers lost again. Best thing for the wolves is for the Lakers to keep losing.

I just wonder how anybody can say Williams is a bust. What do you know?? ricky baby adelman has Williams buried so far down on the bench there is no way to see Williams upside. Someone saw something to pick him #2. I put this 100% on adelman. As the head coach its HIS JOB to develop young, talented players. adelman needs to stop being such a richard and get this 20+ point a night player off the end of the bench. Williams could be a 20 / 5 / 5 player if adelman would pull his head out.

last nights game... Luke was great, played like an all star, would love to see it every game..... Cunningham just as good...AK even better...agree with oxboard that Pek is not fully healed....... have the whiners seen how well Derek Williams has been rebounding lately, he is going to be very good, I have not seen any bad attitude, give him some time...last thought... does "every" NBA team have a former T'Wolve or two on their roster??

If Williams was a mid first round pick, you'd all be saying trade the bum. Get over the fact he was a #2 pick. So was Darko, so was Beasley, Flynn was 6th, Wes was 4th. Busts happen all the time especially with the Wolves. Williams will go down that same road. Time will tell, Davey!

A GM in desperation mode is the perfect recipe for disaster.

g5thistime- "adelman has Williams buried so far down on the bench there is no way to see Williams upside" Williams has a huge upside, Rick sees flashes of it every week in practice. Problem with Williams is he is lazy in practice and with his workouts and then lacks confidence at game time. If he put in the effort, I'm certain that would positively influence his confidence level. Williams needs to take a lesson from former Wolfie Kevin Garnett, or current Wolves Rubio and Love. Work hard and good things will happen. Sit on your duff and all the talent in the world will get you nowhere in the NBA. Just ask Isaiah Rider. He had as much talent as anybody ever drafted in the history of the NBA but all he did was complain, party with his entourage and smoke pot.
