Actually, this story could be combined with the other stadium story..."Groundbreaking for new Vikings stadium set for October 2013, State has no idea how they are going to pay for it after revenue shortfall."

Gee I wonder what all of those unemployed building trades workers are going to do until then. I guess just twiddle their thumbs and live on foodstamps. If this money had been spent where it should have been on roads, bridges, and schools they could be earning a paycheck right now. There is still PLENTY of time to kill this boondoggle. Kill it now!
