Why not just build another stadium? When the new vikes stadium kicks off it will create thousands of high paying construction jobs; vikes players will kick in billions in income taxes; zygi will kick in billions of his own cash; how the heck can the state be broke with all this weatlh building going on? Hurry and build the saints stadium and -- BANG, problem solved.
