Ah - lesson learned then, MNA? Good for you. It's about time.
I see the nurses learned that the "patient safety" negotiating tactic does not work so well. We all knew (except for the nurses) what it was all about: more pay for less work. Typical union.
lesson learned then, MNA? = No, management learned that 4.5% was better than giving nothing like the last negotiations and having to spend millions more to bring in scabs.
