This is a serious issue. Its not healthy, get the tugboat yank it back out to sea. Cut it up, whatever you have to do, this shouldnt be an argument, it should be a moment for comming together to set a plan and help each other

the article pretty much stated who is responsible for the clean-up: "It's on a private beach" controlled by homeowners down to the high tide line and the state is responsible for the tidelands, Baker said. SO, the homeowners can pay to get it cleaned up, disposed of, what-have-you. Problem solved!
