And it wasnt cruel and unusual to murder somone during a robbery? Why pay taxpaying dollars to give a bypass surgery to someone who is going to be executed? Get back the good ole firing squad, bullets are cheap and firing a gun is easy. Now more government money will be spent on this, get it over with
