This move concerns me, both as a Buckeye fan and as a Gopher fan. I know the kind of quality coach Darrell Hazell is, and I foresee Purdue making a big move forward in the conference within 2-3 years max. I am also a little sad for the Golden Flashes; they have had a down streak that rivals both Northwestern and Minnesota. Oh, well - that's the bad part about the MAC; the good coaches move on.

Talk of the Rose Bowl when hiring a new coach didn't work out so well with Coach Brewster, doubt it has much more credibility with Purdue. At least it wasn't the new coach himself setting up the expectation...
