Football is a violent sport. This was not part of the game, but probably domestic abuse gone bad. Need more data from the counselors but do know he was involved with another woman and drugs. I feel bad for their 3 month old little girl and the mom who found her murdered daughter.

Violence...in sports or not...bad. And sports "train" some not good minds that it is OK. Out-of-control-person who should never have had a gun and probably one too many drugs..often prescribed within the sport. Poor lady and poor child.

Do we see the basic problem here, having a 3 month old daughter with a girlfriend. Having a child is a lifetime commitment, and while marriage won't solve all ills, it does help one prepare themselves to understand they are making a lifetime commitment.

I'm already sick of the people who are in front of a camera saying that he was not a violent person. Bull. HE was violent for his job. And no man just pulls out a gun and shoots the mother of his child without there being a history of control and violence. One piece of scum is gone. Too bad he had to take the young mother of an infant with him.

Perhaps if access to handguns wasn't so easy these two individuals may still be alive today.
