If this guy spent as much time talking to congressional leaders as he does talking to those who don't make a difference (including our own governor goofy), everything would be figured out.
A balanced approach would be to cut spending by $6 trillion over four years to offset the $6 trillion Obama borrowed for his favored citizens.
