Prison-bound Jesse Mendoza was generous with his co-conspirators in a huge drug operation and remains well liked by many whose lives were upended by being associated with him.

21 years is too long, in my opinion.

The fact that this guy is going away for 21 years for marijuana is absolutely absurd. In 40 years people will have to "look back and laugh", the type of laughter that stops you from crying, when you realize what a load you've watched progress in front of your eyes. The government in just jealous they couldn't get in on a bigger piece of the action.

Wow! They name Lauer & that he recorded the conversations after being caught? Guess he's in some sort of witness protection program - if not we will see his name in the obits soon after this article - ouch!
