Flashing yellow arrows in MnDOT's quiver

Please mndot teach everyone what this means don't just install them and leave most mn drivers would be stuck at the arrow for life.

Great....now we have another thing to confuse the already dumbest drivers in the nation(Minnesotans). People still think a roundabout is more confusing than a Rubik's Cube, this thing is going to blow their mind.

I've seen some of these and I think they are a great idea. Why stop turning traffic if you don't have to? I think they are fairly straight forward but I'm sure some of my fellow Minnesota motorists won't understand them. It's hard enough for some to understand how to use turn signals, these flashing yellow lights might be beyond their understanding.

Lets hope drivers do not ruin this. Now on the right turn on red some drivers don't even slow at their red light.

A green light indicates proceed but do not hit anyone or anything or proceed into a collision. No need to spend money on flashing yellow arrows or flashing green arrows. Drivers education is not rocket surgery. Another complete waste of time and money. Reminds one of the new regulated spill proof gas cans that spill more gas than Deep Horizon.
