My family and I were just at Sea World in Orlando in October and had the experience of feeding the dolphins. The staff makes many announcements to not touch or pick up the tray that the food is in and there is a ledge that it sits on that is a safe distance away. No where in the article does it state that. It is a very safe experience if you can listen and follow directions.
