Peterson's big day torpedoed in Green Bay

Somehow, the Vikings couldn't find safety Sunday, even on a day in which Adrian Peterson registered his third career 200-yard rushing day, amassing 210 yards on 21 carries.

"But the Vikings (6-6) clearly felt the absence of Percy Harvin, who missed his third straight game with a sprained ankle." --- It would be more accurate to say the vikings clearly felt the presence of Ponder. Awful.

Can it be more obvious. Enough of Christian Sanchez.

Ponder is a terrible quarterback. Floats most of his passes, over throws most passes, except when AP is wide open! Bench him and make him understand that he needs to work harder to be our starter.

Without those interceptions, some points in the red zone and some better play from Pnder and receivers, game could have been one. If it is all left up to Adrian to win this game, it can't be done.

hey where's all u ponder fans saying mayb next year he will know how to roll right which by the way is his throwing arm and be accurate!? Spielman and frazier should've been fired long ago but no this is about gambling apparently because the majority of us have seen qb's come and go and this ponder is a putz so is management! Draft 3 more Griffen's, cut robison he can't contain his outside, get 2 tough LB's a different QB and wide outs which we have been screaming about since game 1 but no this comes down to people making decisions that because they were in football they know what they're doing! Do they? Oh packers u win again, go fantasy football yeah ideal football team pass a zillion times, it works though!

Christian Ponder sucks. If I was Peterson, I'd want out of this joke of a team. He puts the team on his back every week only to watch the team lose like usual. The sad part is this Vikings team, at one time 5-2, will not finish above .500. Mark them up: Lose to Chicago, Maybe beat St. Louis, Lose to Houston, Lose to Green Bay. That's right, we might finish 7-9.

Management just has to prove they didn't screw up with the Ponder choice even if it means they turn a once promising season to dust.

The Pack gift wrapped this game for the Vikes But I guess they wanted to wait til Christmas to open it Three bonehead plays by two player cost us this one 1 by E Griffen and 2 by Christian Plunder Is Webb really that bad? How about a draft time trade at draft time

Looks like the coaching staff is content to let the team go down with the ship with captain Ponder at the helm. No desire to try someone else, ANYONE ELSE at quarterback.

Not pretty, but we'll take the win. Ponder was smiling on the sideline after his first interception. What the???
