But he doesn't score. Until somebody on the Timberwolves learns how to shoot baskets that consistently go through the hoop, I fear the Return of Rubio will not lead to more wins.

He makes others better when he is in the game, and he plays much better defense than JJ or Luke. He will lead to more wins even without scoring.

The two main reasons for losing the five in a row were lack of outside shooting and lack of any defense on other team's guards. Ricky will get us more open shots to help on offense and the difference in D between him and Luke is stupendous. He was one of the better defenders in the league last year, near the top in steals and O fouls drawn. Luke is one of the worst.

The time of Rubio will begin anew. With that, we can take advantage of both his excellent mechanics an scrappiness on the floor. The T-Wolves don't need it, they want it!!!
