lookit the gimp--legalize it -- who cares? No body!! Man he looks like paw-len-ty--gimping for votes!!
It's getting closer all the time. Time to stop paying billions on enforcement and legalize with controls and taxes.
Wow! I have long been a fan of Rick Steves, have all his videos, and use his advice on trips to Europe! I always wondered how he kept such a happy and mellow attitude:-)
I'm surprised that the Star Tribune has not mentioned recently introduced House Bill 6606, The Respect States’ and Citizens’ Rights Act of 2012, sponsored by Rep. Diana DeGette of Colorado, and co-sponsored by Reps. Blumenauer (OR), Coffman (CO), Cohen (TN), Farr (CA), Frank (MA), Grijalva (AZ), Lee (CA), Paul (TX), and Polis (CO). This bill would not allow the Feds to preempt state marijuana laws.
I'm also surprised the deficit hawks who want smaller government and spending cuts don't want to stop the portion of the War on Drugs going against marijuana use. That's around $15 billion per year that could be trimmed.
