You can blame a long casualty list on the Wolves' woes -- or a wobbly foundation from dubious rebuilding.

The man is right. Kahn has turned out to be a disaster in the draft room. He should be an assistant to someone who knows what he is doing.

And, Derick WIlliams, the Twolves highest draft pick in franchise history, is looking more iffy. Adelman wants to win and apparently doesn't seem to have the patience to help his development...and Williams has little trade value to bring back anything in value. The plot thickens in this team's continual failures in lottery picks.

Is the season over and we missed the Playoffs again? Seems like a premature burial there Jerry. First they are too white, now they are too injury prone. Can't wait until you find another rock to throw at Kahn. It's Decemeber 1st the last I checked, we got Love back and Rubio will be back in a week or two and we still have tradable assets in Williams and Luke or JJ to bring in more talent - yet Jerry is there throwing the dirt on the coffin. GOOD JOB!

Kahn's draft failures are old news. This team at least has potential to make the playoffs. And Shved looks like a steal that we got for nothing. I believe Kahn should get credit for that. It's way too early to call Williams a bust. The man has talent. He had 10 boards yesterday in 15 minutes. Are you kidding me??!Once we get Rubio and AK47 back, this team will be tough to beat. I am still all in on this season. What's passed is past. Let's focus on the talent this team has. Once Love gets accustomed to playing unselfishly and keeps the ball moving, this team will be great. We saw flashes early in the year how good this team can be. It's only a matter of time. Go Wolves!

perhaps, their conditioning needs to be checked.... I suspect they are training too hard between games... Maybe they need advice on periodizing their traqining

Flynn averages 3 minutes a game for Detroit, one of worst teams in the NBA. Wayne Ellington 16 minutes per game for Memphis. Wes Johnson 6 minutes per game for Phoenix, Lazar Hayward a project's project. Tweener Derrick Williams will average single digits in minutes when/if Wolves ever get healthy. Don't forget hiring Rambis & his triangle offense. Darko & Beasley signings additional mistakes. Only in Minnesota can an utterly incompetent GM hold a job for years.

Leftyd: for the last time, anyone who says 'develop williams..give him PT', is a complete idiot and knows nothing about bball. you don't get PT simply b/c you are young and were a high draft pick. you develop your game in the offseason and in practice. don't show anything in practice you don't get any PT. If Williams wants PT, he better start showing it in practice. You develop your game in the offseason and you earn PT by producing.

Jebus, I didn't realize how poorly those picks worked out. If KLove and Rubio form the backbone of a successful team for the next decade, all is forgiven, but it isn't looking good right now.

yeah...an overly negative assessment concerning this year's possibilities. kahn has done a few things right, but drafting hasn't been one of them. hopefully taylor has taken away some of kahn's decision making power when it comes to the draft...and it looks like that may be the case with the buttinger move this summer. hopefully kahn is smart enough to defer to aldeman when it comes to player personnel.

Could someone please research and report on the Wolves' patterns of injury -- and re-injury -- in comparison to other teams? Is our training staff using the best approaches? Do we have the right team doctors? Are we giving our players the best chance to stay physically strong and healthy? That's what I'd like to know.
