The borrow and spend GOP needs to start paying for their spending. They came up with this gimmick of not paying for things and then when the debt ceiling comes under this administration they say cut, cut, cut in a recession. Now they are worried about their defense cuts that they agreed to in 2011. It didn't make Obama a one-term president so get with the program.
